I doom-scroll like everyone else. More than I’d like to admit. Something I tell myself when I get the doom-scroll urge is “create, don’t consume”. But I’d add a clause. If you are going to consume, make it worth your while. Give the algorithm your time only if it’s showing you people who are building something with theirs. People you can learn from.

I have two creators on the radar at the moment who fit that category, doing near-opposite things with the same word.
